As our personalised items are made individually to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is faulty. Please double check all spelling, colour choices, sizes and design selections before clicking "I'm happy with this design" and completing your purchase. 

Knitwear
We are happy to accept returns or exchanges on knitwear within 30 days of purchase, provided items are unworn, unused and returned in their original condition. Please contact us before returning your item.
