Explain the ordering process?

It is easy and secure.

Choose your favourite colourway, blanket size and name and proceed to the check out.

We will ship your order to you within the specified postage timeframe.

Can I have my order gift wrapped?

Yes! Add a personal touch to your gifts with our exclusive new gift wrapping service. Gifts will arrive in a premium linen gift box, complete with a gift card and a personal note from you. Simply select the gift wrapping option after designing your blanket or adding a garment to your order and we will organise the rest!

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Depends on the service you choose:

- Standard service orders take up to 15 business days in production, plus 2-5 days via Australian Standard Post. The cost for this service is FREE

- Express service orders are prioritised in production for dispatch within 10 business days via Australian Express Post. The cost for this service is $10

* Please note that express orders are placed at the front of the production queue and will be posted ASAP. By choosing express postage you can also provide us with a desired delivery date in case you need it to arrive in time for a special occasion.

- International orders are dispatched from our studio within 10 business days, transit time will vary between countries. The recipient will be liable for any occurring local duty, taxes and other import costs that may be charged by customs.

What is the quickest possible turnaround time?

7 days after we receive the payment only if you live in Victoria, Australia as we rely on Australia post overnight delivery service.

Is your cotton organic?

The Knit Studio has partnered with Italian yarn manufacturer Filmar, to offer exclusively throughout Australia their new organic, ethically produced and sustainable cotton yarn. We are proud to have the opportunity to join with Filmar on such a positive approach towards a sustainable industry and environment. Can I change the colours on my blanket after payment?

No unfortunately not, because of production reasons.

Can the blanket be read from both sides?

It can only be read from one side but we do have ambigram cases like BRODIE.

Can the blanket be horizontal instead landscape
